A 6 day post op patient after surgery has chest pain with shortness of breath. Examination is normal. Ekg sinus tachycardia. pH 7.49, p CO2 29, p O2 66. V/Q scan shows low probability for PE. What would you do next?

a Pulmonary angio ( for high suspicion based on clinical set up)

b Echo ( to rule out RV strain or dysfunction that can guide your suspicion further)

c Discharge and follow up after 2 weeks

d Ibuprofen
