C- The highest ADA activity is found in thymus and other lymphoid tissues ; the activity is high in duodenum and spleen and
low in erythrocyte
Muscle, liver, kidney, brain and blood, have low activity.

definetly 3.lymphocyte.
bcz Adensine deaminase deficiency which causes Severe combined immunodeficiency SCID affects T-lymphocyte maturation mostly and also B-lymphocyte .....
