Dear BBB and Senior member,
I got 3 Lors and they were received by ECFMG. I have designated them to the programs that I applied to yesterday.
My 4th LOR will be sent to ECFMG two weeks later. But I have assigned it to the programs that I applied too.
I know most of the programs require 3 LORs, do you think will they consider my application incomplete since even though my 4th LOR was assigned to those programs, however it is not available when the programs download my application?
do I need to un-assign it now or just let it alone?
What's your suggestion ----BBB, Aprua, ....?

This is the same issue i am enquiring about. if you designate a letter writer to a program without having the actual letter? and will that letter be automatically forwarded?

Programs don't know how many LORs are expected.

If your strongest lor is pending, should you wait for it to apply or apply without it and auto forward it?
