we give them ACTH and prednisone! How come when we say the etiology is probably overproduction of CRH?! Are we gonna suppress CRH?!! Still seems strange?!

triad; epileptic spasms, a typical interictal EEG pattern, know as hypsarrhythmia on EEG, and mental retardation

in tuberous sclerosis, a hypsarrythmic EEG is seen as well.
