hi ,i am an img,2002 graduate with i.m residency from my home country, but not completed.does this count as clinical exp?will i still be considered old grad.do i need usce?will it be ok if i get into some observership now,or is usce lor needed at the time of applying for programmes?can it be uploaded later say in mid oct or so?

i am a green card holder and done with stpe-1 and c.s,step-2 c.k taken mid august.will apply after the results ,will it be too late?

does having a green card help me in applying for more progarmmes including the univ programmes and those that do not sponcer visa as i do not have a visa problem?

i havent completed my im residency ,so i dont have the certificate for that, but will it be still considered as clinical experience?i heard being 5 yrs more than graduation reduces chances,so little concerned.
