1. Examination
I failed the CS exam, and will take again in December, 06
Do i choose "will take" or "failed" in the examination part of CAF?
2. USMLE transcript
Do you authorize the ECFMG to transmit your USMLE transcript, which will include a complete history of your Step 1, Step 2CK, Step 2CS and Step 3 results at the time your request is processed and, if applicable, the release of your NBME passing Part scores?
For this question, i think most of us choose "Yes". but what happen if one choose "No"?

i think u shud make 2heading for the cs - one with failed and another with will take if the software allows. choose s2 cs again and then again select
if u dont release transcript i dont think any pd wil consider ur appli. even amgs release transcript nowadays

I think choosing : Failed, means failed & I'll take for sure, as long as U apply for resedency
