Help! When I tried to apply for a program, I was told that "Since you have not certified and submitted your application, you are not allowed to apply to programs." what procedure did I miss??? please help

You have to certify and submit your CAF before your program application.

Yes you should say No and when the results are announced it gets updated and the programs get the result.

WHAT'S THE ADVANTAGE OF DOING THIS??? AND NOT APPLY TO THOSE 75 PROGRAMS RIGHT AWAY.

well the only advantage is ur docs get uploaded to adts post office and then can be transmitted sooner instead of the initial 24hr waiting. not a big deal unless ur callin and then applyin to like 10progs a day

i made a stupid mistake... i applied to all 40 programs.... i completely forgot that one should apply to 1 first and then check on ADTS before applying to rest... this is not a good start already
