Hi! When you submit your CAF, it is permanent already right? So what should I do in my case where I plan to do an observership sometime in December or February? Can I put that under work experience as tentative or I can not since I haven't been approved and haven't done it yet?

Also, I hear its better to apply to one program first and to track it via ADTS then apply to the rest of the programs after a couple days.Is that right?

Please help me with my questions!!! Thanks!

yes, once you submit your CAF, it's permanent, you can't change it.

you shouldn't put the observership now because you haven't done it and i don't think that will look good in your CAF to the Program Directors (cause you haven't done it yet, it's like illogical). but that's only my opinion.

about the 2nd question: i don't think that makes a difference.
