why do we avoid orange juice and citrus in infants between 6-7mo and egg whites between 6-8mo?

FRUITS are RELATED TO OBESITY, but not a source in hand...

thanks. i just bumped into a site that says fruit JUICE are related to obesity. maybe cos of the high sugar content?? i dont remember the source.
