I am still waiting for two LORs. They probably will arrive after 9/5.

Can I apply for residency with only 1 LOR? Or should i wait after all the documents are in place?

Will the program come back to download my other two LORs if I only send one the first time?

apply with whatever u have.progs come back frequently to checkany newinfotransmittedby erasabout each candidate like scores LoRs.
