Hello, I have been studying biostatistic since y'day and it seems so never ending. Can anyone tell me how much to emphasis on this subject. General psychology and ehics is fine but this is semming impossible to get a good hold. Do I have to remember all about the Z score and the Hypothesis testing stuff.

hi, I had very few stat questions where I needed to calculate, and I wouldn't stress much with z score, but know how the p value works, null hypothesis, what the p value means and confidence intervals. Also of course know the sensitivity, specificiy stuff and the bell curve. Hope this helps!
