how much time post OP? depends 1.depends on the intensity of bleeding, and type: active bleeding, only blood lickeage, etc...but this is an emergency though and must be addressed this way so: Hx and P/E, IV line plus ringers lactate, then labs, then upper endoscopy............................. I know you wanna get to a point here study_ing, you always want to teach us something new but...what is it? because que question is so open, you can almost aswer everything from managento to discharge meds and recomendations.....

u guys are so good on ur own..good tolito and som.. i know it was an open question..but hte point is that all of us easily think of fancy surgical cozes a nd oftn overlook one aspect, ANTIBIOTICS... hence dont forget pseudomembranous colitis or antibiotic induced vitamin K deficiency!! its so much easier to concentrate on dic, av malformations etc... will try too be more specific though... had logged off..sorry for the misery !!

normallly I think irregular rythm--Atrial fib here remember this may be an SVT with a variable block. the above is very characteristic of digoxin toxicity.
