When one should register for NRMP? Now or later. Which one to choose? General NRMP?
Likewise, I am currently in the process of taking ECFMG exams. Should I pay for transcript now or later. If I pay now, then do I have to pay again once my other scores are available?

register now as the rates go up i believe after a coupla months. not sure of the dates.
pay transcript and its one time only. gl

WHich match to choose? NRMP main residency match?
USMLE transcript
There are 2 options
Do we have to provide complete USLME history to the programs or can be option?
Is it better to have result transmitted automatically?

i clicked yes for both and advise u2do the same. bcoz without usmletranscript no prog will consider ur appli. and it doesnt make sense not to click auto transmission as pd gets ecfmg report anyways
