Zenith, I used the following books:
BRS pathology. I read half of Kaplan notes and I felt it was not enough.
BRS Physiology + Kaplan notes
Pharmacology for the Boards and Wards, twice, Kaplan notes twice
High yield behavior science once, Kaplan notes twice ( I feel Kaplan notes are enough)
Lippincott's Biochemistry, twice, Kaplan notes once
Rapid review Microbiology and immunology twice, ( I think this book is very good, but immunology is not enough), Kaplan notes once ( immunology is very good)
High yield neuroanatomy twice, Kaplan notes once (except gross anatomy), I just read gross anatomy in the first aid.
I also did Qbank, Qbook, Rapid review. The CD coming with rapid review has really good questions, but the software is really not good. I did almost half of the questions on the CD.
I spent one year and 4 months to review. I just used nights and weekends to review because I have a full time job. I spent 4 weeks studying at full time before the test.

Hi guys,
I received my score today. It is 216/88. It is a little bit lower than I expected but I am happy with it too. I need to score above 230 on step 2 (will be taking in December)to get into a good program.

thanks w4c3. pardon my ignorance, but what is rapid review? is it goljan's rapid review?
also, did u listen to the DVD's (lectures) along with Kaplan notes or did you just read from the notes? my situation is also similar to yours - i work full-time and therefore, get very limited time to study. but after reading your post, i'm very encouraged!

Yes, it is goljan's rapid review. I did not listen to the DVD lecture. I just read the notes.
