2.angiography with gel embolization
3.bronchoscopy
4.intubation

Always ABC first in emergencies

massive hemoptysis kills the pt by asphyxiation rather than by blood loss. while transfusion,bronchscopyand surgery play an important role.
in the managment of these pts the next step is to insure airway so the correct ans is intubation
