I am missing pages 410 - 427 in my Kaplan Immuno 2005 Lecture Notes. These cover Chapter 11 – Immunodef diseases and part of Chapter 12 – Acq Immunodef Diseases.
Could someone PLEASE PLEASE just list the topics covered within these pages so that I could review them from Levinson or some other place ....
Any help would be most appreciated … I know everyone is really busy, but this will be a huge favour ..... Blessings and well wishes in return..!!!
