What is the pH of a 1.0 molar H2S04 solution?

If anyone can tell me how to solve this problem I would be soo greatful. Thanks!

Yeah..could pls someone explain to me the concept of mole/ molar etc...I always get confused.

hi thebird
because you didn't mention any other data we could assume two step total (alpha=100%) H2SO4 dissotiation; then:

pH= -log [H+]= -log 2[H2SO4]= 0.3

it is only a simplification because the second step of H2SO4 dissotiotion has alpha<100% which makes pH calculation much more complicated
