23 y /o man present to emergency department with pruritis,erythma,and pain in both feet after wearing a new pair of shoes what type of hypersensitivity reaction is this??

right it is..
type 4 hypersensitivity..cellular,cell mediated,tubercullin type reactions caused by sensitized T lymphocytes after contact with specific antigen
examples are
contact dermatitis
alograft rejection
granulomas due to intracellular organisms
leprosy
hashimoto thyroiditis
IDDM
