ecfmg has received my documents on the 25th but how do i know when they will be uploaded. also should i apply to programs when my documents are uploaded or sept 1st. please advise i am confused.

hi budesonide, i am in exactly the same situation and had posted a similar question. You will be able to check if your documents have been uploaded using adts or can call them. you don't need to wait for the documents to be uploaded for applying. you can apply even before that.
