Hello everybody, I am trying to apply for Peds and FP as a backup for IM. I called many programs regarding the requirements for residency and most of the pediatrics programs are asking for 1 or 2 yrs of pediatrics experience, also most of them are only sponosring J1 Regarding FP too very few are sponsoring H1 Can anyone tell me whether there are places where more H1s are sponsored and i am looking at the wrong place. How is it that everybody says that its easy to go into Peds /FP when there is very few H1 sponsoring programs. Please anyone shed some light on this. Thanks
