Can somebody tell me if it is wise to apply without waiting for the documents to be uploaded on eras. I mean i have sent all the documents but looks like it will take another week for them to get uploaded. So should i still go ahead and apply, while the documents get uploaded 1 week later? please advise

Why not? One week this early isn't going to matter - everything will be together when PDs start to review.
