Thank you BBB for your response to my question,
I have another question.
If one fails to be matched this year, then he/she applies for next year in the same program, Do PDs remember him/her and refuse to review his/her application?

I recieved over 3900 applications last year - programs aren't going to remember for the most part.
Good luck (but let's be confident that you will match this year, eh?)
