usually img apply to between 50-100. there are ppl with 20 and match and also 200 whichh dont. indiv variability
again number of iviews depends on type of programs applied and ur creds.
standards again dependant on long term goals. some pick up comm progs, others go for unis.
managing iviews involves plannin - depends on how many calls u get and stuff.
