Hi Naveen, The Questions I had were from this link but it is not working any more. http://meds.queensu.ca/~meds2005/ Ask some of the recent test takers to forward you the questions, may be they have saved it.

hi Shamim..sorry I've been quite busy with residency to be able to reply sooner..so it doesn't matter how old the questions are, but I practiced with exams from as far back as 1997..and still managed to see a lot of repeat questions. I also found all my USMLE step 2 notes and practice mcq's very helpful. Remember, even if you don't get to practice lots of questions, having a solid theoretical base from USMLE step2 Kaplan notes and Toronto Notes will be sufficient. I work with a lot of Canadian medical students now, and you'll be surprised to hear, they don't practice questions at all, they just go thru their Toronto Notes chapter by chapter with supplementation from their class notes. Good Luck!!

How's it going Jase and Vancomycin? Let me know if u need any help with anything...make sure u apply to Alberta this year, they had a 3rd match (outside of AIMG and CARMS) for all IMG's because of so many seats left over in Family Med...

see that's the trick...they only make u think that you have to be a resident of Alberta....in reality..all u have to do is live in Alberta as of July 1st of the application cycle u will take part in...for example, to apply this August for AIMG...u have to have lived in Alberta since July 1st, 2007. As for the rest of the provinces..I know for a fact that Manitoba and Saskatchewan also had a few seats in family med go unfilled until this out of match.. Match was developed for this past cycle. So keep applying, have faith in the first iteration of Carms...I had iviews in 6 excellent universities just because of it.

I can see that there are past papers / practice questions floating around on email, could some one please forward these to me on very.optimistic@googlemail.com ? Right now I have the Toronto Notes, but fairly hefty so hoping to supplement this with some past questions. Any help, advice, questions appreciated !

hi all! just found many new faces here looking for practice questions for mcc exams. few months back i had gone through the same stage. so, i can share my experience about question sources. those of u living in toronto can have a look at the U of T Gerstein Science Information Centre. There , at the 'short term loan desk' u can get all the mcc practice questions upto 1995. u can study there or can photocopy them from there. other candidates may find them at the nearby universities, i hope. i can also give u a link below..just try.. http://www.mcc.ca/MCQ_Demo/Quest0-e.htm goodluck fellows.. thanks

I mean do you need the library card to read & copy the Q from the library , in that case you need to have the Q books away from the short term loan desk . Thanks .
