why jaundice in hypertrophic pyloric stenosis?!!

Iīd like to know that one too! Apparently there is a deficiency of glucoronyl transferase, curiously it resolves after surgical treatment. What cuold the mxm be??

must be indirect, otherwise HPS is nothe cause of the jaundice. but a good explanation coud be the proximity to the Vaterīs ampulla.
