Which condition (disease) is recognized by stones in the dilated intrahepatic bile ducts??

Caroli´s Disease, also called congenital dilatation of intrahepatic bile ducts or ductular ectasia, a cystic dilatation of the major intrahepatic bile duct.

What is the patophysiology of stones in Caroli´s? Is it due to stasis?
