does internship considered to be the first yr of residency?
what do u guys mean exactly by observership & erxternship?

observership - hanging out and watching

externship - usually a student rotation

internship - first year of residency.

bbb - trying to combine common sense and humour into realistic answers, but not going to guess on anyone's chances of getting into a position....
