Ok I have four weeks until my exam. The more I study the more dumb I feel. I took the second NBME test and did not pass it. So I started taking some of the USMLE World exams and failing those. What the hell is going on!!!!! I'm trying to mach this year and I'm getting really nervous that I'm not going to pass. This is my last hurdle and I dont want to fall flat on my face. I guess I need some words of encouragement. Thanks for letting me vent.

its ok to feel dumb. we all do. i think its probably the stress getting to u. just block qs out of ur head for a while. pick up a section, read over it. pick another subject and read a section. then try answering the relevant questions..not nbmes but lets say abt 10 on the forum( to kick out the stress factor)..and see where u stand. besides, i think one month is a lot of time if u put ur heart to it.
and God's there to help us thru it all smiling face
good luck
