HI, I have a question about how to decide to give autopsy

One patient died of heart attack which is clear on clinlical diagnosis. However, some of his family members want to have a autopsy. others do not agree with them. This patient has not any living will or atterny document about it.

1. do it because family member ask for,
2. refuse because you have a clear clinical diagnosis,
3. talk to hospital authorities,
4. work with all family members, tell them to give you a final decision.
5. refuse, because they have not a final decision

2. The medical examiner has the legal right to refuse to perform an autopsy, except when by court order (for forensic or criminalistic analysis).
