I thought this is important to remember :
In Anorexia Nervosa patients:
common finding includes: ( the ones I tend to forget, and hope it helps someone )

-Osteoporosis
-Increased Cholesterol and Carotene levels
-Prolonged QT
-Hyponatremia secondry to excess water drinking
-euthyroid sick syndrome

Most common cause of death is cardiac arrythmias due to electrolyte imbalance (hypokalemia)
