Hi,
I have 2 excellent US LOR and 1 so-so US LOR from a top guy. IF I send this so-so LOR along with my excellent LOR will it hamper my chance? I have excellent LOR from home country but they are 1 year old and most psych programs require lors less than 1 year old.
I have worked in this so-so LOR DR's clinic for 3 months for so called USCE. If i dont send it to the programs, then I dont have any other way of documenting my work with that Dr.
Kindly advice.

Are you looking for me to say to use this letter? The use it - why wouldn't you? Use the best letters that you have.
