A 12 year old girl is brought to the hospital because of a high grade fever and dyspepsis. She has an expressionless face and is exhibiting strange incomprehensible hand movements. The attending resident recommends a series of biochemical test, which reveal high blood and urine levels of glycine. Karyotypic analysis of the whole blood lymphocytes of the patient shows deletion of short arm of chromosome 6. Based on this info, what wuld be your provisional diagnosis? A methylmalonic acidemia B propionic acidemia C arginosuccinis aciduria D nonketotic hyperglycemia E argininemia
