1. I'm reading in one book that the selection commitee will barely look at letters from unknown wrtters. Is it true?
2. I have substituted a family pract for 5 yrs and his LOR is written in a paper headed as "medical specialistic poliambulatory" with the address. then the lor writter's name is on the left top. my question: an excellent Lor written by an italian physician specialized in family pract and gastro, written on a poliambulatory official better (not a hospital) is it worth it? I have this doubt.

the problem is we do work in a poliambulatory, not in a hospital. so it is an ambulatory official paper with on the top his name and credentials
