what is the next best step if a test result of MS AFP in a mom shows 2.0 MOM at 17 wks gestation? do a rpt test or do an USG?

you can perform AFP at 15-17 weeks but there are some papers with a performing AFP test around 14 - 22 weeks. If itīs low go for an US!!!... ultrasound signs for Down Sd, can appear btwn 11.14 weeks... so go for an US.
