but NSAIDS and aspirin work, depends on presentation and severity of the disease. mild disease: nsaids, aspirin, COX-2 inhibitors. (they can still be an aswer on the test) moderate to severe: MTX is a good option as GDS2008 just said, but because of the wider range of side effects, you should avoid them as much as you can. maybe must be carful with COX-2 INHIBITORS because have been related to heart disease lately.

and yes, the mayority end up using METHOTREXATE.
