Which of the following structures does this occluded vessel most
directly affect?

(D) Pineal and habenula
(E) Superior and inferior colliculi

never heard of this artery

I dont think this artery is mentioned in Gray's either ?
looks like its a branch of Post Cerebral A ... supplies the antero-lateral aspect of midbrain including the lateral third of cerebral peduncle (not abs sure!!)

Does USMLE really go into 'never heard of names'?

I agree with Ice age.
I couldnt confirm the authenticity of this artery-but seems to be related to a vessel in quadrigeminal cistern...
and
USMLE never touch such nanoanatomy details ...not even known to microneurosurgeons...so Relaaax
