I know the answer to my questin must be here somewhere, but could any of you tell me:
a mate of mine once mentioned something about being the best plan to get everything done by august to be able to apply and get most number of interviwes.
I haven't taken my step 1 yet, but could you tell me WHEN CAN I TAKE MY LAST EXAM to get the certificate in time for obtaining the most interviews?

Many programs won't look at your application until you have your USMLE test scores. When will you get your ECFMG certification? Are you looking at this year, or next year? We need more information before we can answer your question.
Ideally you should be ready now to apply this year - or very close to ready.

I am planning to apply next year.
I am planning to take step1 -oct-nov2006, step2ck-may-june2007, step2cs-july2007.
will I have my scores and my certificate to apply at september first2007?
what do you suggest?
