I have substituted for 5 yrs a family practitionner and among my patients there were a famous italian actress and the president of a pharmaceutic industry present in the US. the family practitionner I substituted stated that in the LOR he wrote for me, but I want it to be cleared coz I don't think it is a good idea to write that. what do you think?

tx apurva! she simply stated that she had 1497 patients among which there were these patients. it is not monica bellucci nor sophia lauren. the actress is famous in italy but not abroad. I do not know if it is the case to keep that on the lor

The letter writer is pointing out that you successfully cared for high-profile patients - did he name them by name or just as you wrote? Is it a strong letter. Yes, then why wouldn't you use it. Good luck.

It is a very strong letter, two pages, but the fact is that they are unknown in america. Yes, he did wrote their name. Is it bad???

and even though it is very strong, do you think PDs will consider a letter written by a non american physician even if it is very detailed on my clinical and technical skills?
