regarding the new ERAS policy for LoR and that they must be original.... i dont have more than one copy of the original LoR's ..... and as i know the LoR's will be discarded after scanning.... so if i dont match this year i will lose my ONLY original LoR's .... so can i send copies of my LoR's and show them the originals at the interviews???

Send the copies, show the originals - good plan!

i believe u r required to only mail originals according to the new rule. if u dont they will stamp it on the copy something like this "lor is a copy. original will be sent." i am confused???

u can send ur original documents cos the ERAS have come up with a new policy of returning the original LORS once match results are out.check the 7th page of this link if u have further questions.http://ecfmg.org/eras/eras.pdf

LORs are stamped "Duplicate - For ERAS Use"

It's not a big deal.
