i'm an old grad, PhD, passed 2CS, took step1 last week.
I plan to take step2CK on Oct, step3 asap.

my qs:
when to apply for matching? should i wait for step1 result (it'd be around Sept 20) or should i apply now only with 2CS results?

In this case, waiting is always the wrong choice. apply with CS and choose for automatic transmission of ur transcript. you got nothing to loose (but money!!!!!)
