Right. That's not a good description of OP. The authur, i think, is going to say proportional decreased bone formation and bone resorption. Yes, in OP, patients have lower bone turnover, definitely, osteoid formation slows down, and with normal level of Vit D, mineralization will proportionally couple with osteoid apposition. That's my specialty.
