I just got my dean's letter which is half a page in length.
says i was a student of so & so college, his character and conduct were satisfactory.
should i submit this letter or answer NO to the question on page12 of CAF.

Submit it...dean's letter is no big deal for IMGs...and the generic one you will get from ECFMG aint gonna say nothing better!
Dont sweat out on the dean's letter guys!

Dean's letter is so minor for IMGs - most PD's know its not a requirement for overseas school. Concentrate on the other stuff.
