which are the best letters of reco to include in my application

Indian Head of dept good letter
indian 2 yr experience private physician ok letter
American doctor 3 month observation good LETTER
American univ prof excellent letter
American research exp from prof also MD GOOD TO EXCELLENT LETTER

Dude, there aint no question about this one: USLOR over any Indian/Pakistani/Mexican/Egyptian/Gautemalan/Mongolian/Jamican/Azerbaijanian/etc...
