if we need visa
should we click on H1 or H1B
also if j1 is second choice should we include it too
also if we will be hoding some form of visa at that time should we mention that too

Click on both, especially if you don't have your step 3 results at this time, and if you are applying to programs that may not sponsor an H visa.
