I'm US citizen, 2003 graduate, ECFMG certified, scores 81 & 80.,PGY 2 pathology resident out side US (middle east). Applied last year and got 2 interviews but didn't match. I would like to know my chances for 2007 if I participated again and if its worth spending the money and efforts & if anybody have any recommendation for me to improve my chances like observship or any thing else. Please need your advice and help. i really need a realistic answer.

There is always hope, if you are ready to try hard. I am sure with ur citizenship, there should be less hurdles... apply early in IMG friendly places... try to get USCE.... No one can tell you wether u should try or not... Of course all in this forum are willing to give it a chance...... good luck
