seronegative arthropathies are said untreatable

reactive arthropathy is treatable...is the exception. give tetracycline for 3 weeks for reiter's disease and there is rapid improvement of symptoms also early antibiotic treatment of urethritis will prevent reiter's

( seronegative arthropathies are said not to be treatable)

gastric lavage after 1hr is usually ineffective except in TCA OD cos TCA reduce peristalsis ( via A'Chgic effect)

in general, the most accurate test in evaluating the cns is MRI.
CT is superior to MRI only in intracranial bleeding.
