bbb and other

I would really like to have input from bbb as I want to know program's point to view

I am GC holder.

I can choose as
permanant residnet under Citizenship and
not applicable under visa

or

I can choose foreign national under citizenship and
immigrant under visa

which is the best option?

Permanent resident is the stronger choice. You are still a foreign national, but you do have a green card.
