How about the photograph. Is it 6x8 cm? (I'm not yet used with the inches)

The photograph must:
- be in color; show a full front view of the person's head and shoulders showing full face centered in the middle of the photograph; have a plain white or light colored background since dark colored backgrounds do not display very well in the program's software; and measure approximately 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches and not more than 3 x 4 inches. If you send a larger picture, the scanner will remove the excess at the top and right sides. A smaller photo is OK, although not all of the space allowed for the photo will be utilized.
2.5 x 3.5 inches = 6.35 cm x 8.89 cm. and not more than 7.62 x 10.16 cm.
