oh yes..usually the tablets are available as a 250 or 500 mg dose so 7.5 mg isnt possible anyway

SORRY MY MISTAKE. IT SHOULD READ 7.5G OF COURSE!!! just like study_ing says, the tabs in the US are 325, and 500mg for adults.
i will go back and edit it.

If clinical suspecion is high but X-ray is negative then do a CT scan
HLA-B27 is NOT specific for diagnosis, it's just that if it is negative the diagnosis can be excluded

biopsy for sarcoidosis: where? palpable lymph nodes, skin lesions, salivary glands, transbronchial lung biopsy. these are good sites.
