If you are looking at IM, try Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. Mayo Clinic also has those from time to time.
But, be prepared for disappointment. Observership might be easier.

Your best bet would be to call inidvidual programs in your area if you can't find any info on their websites.I do know however that externships are hard to come by.Many hospitals have requirements like being a permanent resident or citizen.Give it a shot though...Good luck!
